If you join a waitlist and a spot becomes available in the class, your Northeastern email address will receive an email from the Registrar Office, "Registrar's Office noreply" with the subject "Waitlist Notification–(CRN)." Make sure to check your spam and junk folder and adjust your inbox rules to get these emails.
Once this email has been sent, you will have 24 hours to register for the class. If no action is taken during these 24 hours, you will lose your opportunity to join the class, and the next student on the waitlist will be offered the seat in the class.
If the waitlist option is still available after you miss the deadline, you may rejoin the waitlist by dropping the course and then re-adding yourself to the waitlist. At this point, you will be added to the end of the waitlist.
